Cost for tour is $3895 and is based upon double occupancy.  We are an intimate group, and shared rooms are preferred, but please let me know at the time of registration if you are interested in or need single occupancy, and for an additional $500, I can make these arrangements.   The tour fee includes food, lodging, travel, and other fees like museum entrance and speaker donations throughout the 18 day tour. Please note it does not include international airfare to and from Delhi, India visa, passport, or travel insurance. Throughout the trip vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available. Personal shopping, meals, and private adventures away from the group are also not included.  We will be staying in clean, mid-range hotels throughout the tour and using safe and efficient transportation modalities throughout the tour, which include train, taxi, and two short flights to minimize travel time.

Deposits are due by October 15, 2009 with full payment of the balance due by October 31, 2009.  Checks can be mailed to Connee Pike, P.O. At the time deposit payment is made, Connee will send participants an agreement of participation. Once this letter is signed, deposit is non-refundable. All letters and full payments of tour fees are due by October 31, 2009.

If due to unforseen political circumstances, Connee must cancel the tour, all payments will be refunded.
